How do projects usually start?
With a free 15-minute intro call. If there's a fit, we schedule a 45-minute working session to map requirements and options. Larger initiatives typically begin with a paid discovery engagement that produces a scope, architecture, and estimate you can act on — with us or with another team.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. We'll give a candid range early rather than after weeks of meetings, and we structure engagements (fixed-scope, phased, or retainer) so cost is predictable. We're comfortable saying when a simpler or off-the-shelf option is the better use of your budget.
Do you work with organizations outside Atlanta?
Yes. We're based in Atlanta and work with clients across the United States remotely. Workshops can be delivered in person in the Atlanta area or virtually.
Will we own what you build?
Yes. Clients own their source code, data, and cloud accounts. We document decisions and hand over a system your team or a future vendor can maintain.
Can you work with our existing developers or vendor?
